SCARBOROUGH Athletic made it four wins from four in all competitions under Darren Kelly with a big victory over Mickleover Sports. It took 25 minutes for the hosts to really hit their stride and with that came their first goal.
Connor Thomson picked up a loose ball and, with a lot of work to do, created space and fired a low drive across the goalkeeper. And then with 38 minutes on the clock, it was 2-0. James Walshaw broke on the left-hand side of the box and slotted home low to the keeper’s left.
