BRAD COOKE’S Atherton Collieries notched their first ever Step 3 league double against play-off protagonists Stalybridge Celtic.
First-half goals from Louis Myers and Danny Lafferty put Collieries in control by the break before a Tom Bentham wrapped up the points from the penalty spot nine minutes from time.
The in-form visitors edged the early possesion but fell behind to a well crafted goal midway through the way. Bentham volleyed a pinpoint cross and Myers headed expertly across the keeper for his first goal in Black&rsquo...
