MOSSLEY opened their league campaign with victory in front of a capacity crowd of 400.
After a tense opening, the hosts opened the scoring when Andy Keogh fired home from the tightest of angles from a Keaton Mulvey cross.
Mossley goalkeeper Liam Lovell ensured the hosts went in for half-time in front with a fine save to deny Tom Greaves.
It was Mulvey who was again the provider in the second half as his cross into the Ossett United box found Ryan Shenton who cooly curled home from 10 yards.
