SOUTH SHIELDS produced a second-half turnaround to run out winners in a close affair against Hyde United, to remain top of the Northern Premier League.
The Tigers found an opener on eight minutes from a set piece. Liam Tongue swung the corner in, leaving Jack Sherratt on hand to find the back of the net.
From there on in, it was the visitors who dominated possession and chances, as Hyde sat back against the full time outfit looking to hold onto the lead.
