A SCOTT Vernon hat-trick led Cleethorpes Town to a comprehensive win at Tadcaster.
In the 28th minute, Tad skipper Kesi Omolokun put the home side ahead, following up for his first of the season after Jack Carr’s initial effort was well saved.
Less than ten minutes later the visitors levelled when Vernon brought the ball down in the box and finished well.
On the stroke of halftime the turnaround was complete through Vernon again, this time redirecting Broady Robertson’s shot into the corner.
