BASFORD UNITED picked up a much-needed three points with victory over Nantwich Town.
Ryan Wilson volleyed home the only goal of the game four minutes after the restart as Mark Clifford marked his first home game as manager with a deserved win.
From start-to-finish, United dominated but, as has been the case in recent weeks, struggled to put one past keeper Matthew Gould despite chances aplenty.
