GOALS from Ntumba Massanka and Callum Harris helped Stalybridge Celtic to victory e at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
The game started at a fast pace. Massanka tested Brig keeper Mateusz Hewelt from range on six minutes, before Matthew Thomson had an effort deflected at the other end.
Stalybridge then opened the scoring on 11 minutes, when Massanka met Justin Johnson’s low cross with a first-time finish.
The goalscorer was in the action again on 27 minutes, heading narrowly wide from a free kick.
