■ WARRINGTON Rylands took advantage of the two teams above them in the table failing to win, to move to the top by hammering Trafford.
Charlie Doyle opened the scoring for the home side in the 13th minute curling in a shot from outside the area. Andy Scarisbrick doubled their advantage in the 32nd minute finishing off after good work by Kane Drummond.
Mike Burke pulled a goal back for Trafford early in the second half, but hopes of a comeback were extinguished in the 76th minutes when Drummond set up David Webb.
