SPORTING KHALSA 2 SHEPSHED DYNAMO 3

SHEPSHED Dynamo came away from Sporting Khalsa with a nail-biting and entertaining win which secures their Step Four status.
John King gave Shepshed the lead after 16 minutes, but a mix-up in midfield led to Khalsa’s equaliser. Brandon Ganley saved the initial effort, but Josh McKenzie smashed home the rebound.
Dempsey Arlott-John put Shepshed ahead again, but Sporting were level once more five minutes into the second half through Gaz Singh. What turned out to be the winner came when Arlott-John supplied John King to curl home after 57 minutes.
