■ LIVERSEDGE kept up the pressure on leaders Marske with a crucial win over relegation battlers Sheffield.
Gav Allott put the home side into a 15th-minute lead when he turned home Connor Smythe’s ball across goal.
Sedge increased their advantage early in the second half when Joe Walton raced to beat keeper Ryan Musselwhite to a loose backpass and finished through his legs.
The visitors got a goal back when Nathan Modest was brought down in the box by Smythe and Rory Coleman converted the penalty. Ben Atkinson restored the advantage with a wonder...
