A DRAMATIC late equal- iser gave Colne a share of the points against promotion contenders Marine.
The visitors started strongly, but found veteran goalkeeper Danny Thorpe in great form as he turned Alex Doyle’s shot round a post.
Colne grew in confidence and Dean Ing came close on three occasions with James Devine clearing off the line. But in first-half injury-time Owen Watkinson sent a looping header over Thorpe to give Marine the lead.
Colne looked for an equaliser in the second half, but Danny Edwards’ penalty claims were waved aside...
