■SHEFFIELD FC dropped into the bottom two of the  table, after letting a lead slip to lose at home to a Brighouse Town side, who keep their slip play-off hopes alive with a vital three points.
It was the home side that took the lead on the hour mark, following a foul on Nathan Modest by Corey Gregory in the box. Marc Newsham made no mistake from the spot, powering the ball beyond goalkeeper Brett Souter.
