■SPORTING Khalsa took the points against Histon in a game with more than a hint of “end of season” about it.
The visitors created the first chance when Finley Wilkinson went close when one-on-one with Sam Arnold, but
Khalsa responded with a shot from Josh Mc-Kensie against the bar.
McKensie then tapped in a right-wing cross and Gurjit Singh added a second just before the break.
Histon made changes in the second half with next week’s play-off game in mind, but conceded a third with Singh again the scorer.
