TWO first-half goals nwere enough for Kidsgrove to take the points against a young Colne side. Colne started well and might have opened the scoring had Lucas Weaver not lost his footing when through on goal after five minutes.
But Kidsgrove took the lead after 15 minutes when Kieran Brown turned in a low cross from the right wing.
Kidsgrove pressed home their advantage and doubled their lead on the half hour, when Kyle Diskin fired home
