A LACKLUSTRE Mac- side fell to a nclesfield home at the hands of 1874 Northwich with a first-minute Mackenzie O’Neill goal proving to be the difference.
Macc were on the back of three straight wins but O’Neill was quick to remind the hosts this wouldn’t necessarily be the case this time around, tapping home the rebound from an excellent Marcelo Pitaluga save.
Neil Kengni rattled the woodwork early in the second half, as the home side looked for a response.
