LIVERSEDGE gained an important victory over managerless Guiseley in an intriguing West Yorkshire derby. There was more than just bragging rights at stake with the hosts looking to pick up their first points at home this season, while the visitors were coming off the back of parting with manager Danny Ellis earlier in the week.
