STOCKTON TOWN missed the chance to keep pace with leaders Worksop Town as they were held to a draw away at Grimsby Borough.
The home side got off to a blistering start with Adam Drury opening the scoring in the second minute with a fine strike.
Stockton replied ten minutes later when Mikey Roberts coolly slotted his penalty into the bottom corner.
Stephen Thompson thought he had given the Anchors the lead for the first time with 20 minutes to go but for an offisde call.
