FC UNITED got back to winning ways following second-half goals from Finn Armstrong and Regan Linney.
Captain Charlie Ennis almost opened the scoring on eight minutes for the home side, but his strike was kept out by Harrison Davison-Hale.
Luke Mangham was unlucky not to score for the visitors on 49 minutes, but his header from a Shaun Tuton cross went just wide.
Moments later and the reds had their own opportunity, an Ennis corner from the left was met by the head of Curtis Jones, who also couldn’t find the target.
