DYLAN Youmbi’s late strike got Stocksbridge a point against North Shields.
The North-East Side could have had the lead in the first half. The referee penalised a trip from Elliot Murray, though the home fans were not happy about it, and Dan Wilson stepped up but his strike was saved by Ben Townsend.
North Shields got the lead through another penalty in the second half. It caused anger on the Stocksbridge bench but Tom Potter was
able to send Townsend the wrong way.
Stocksbridge got an equaliser to relieve any resentment to the referee.
