■ CARLTON Town suffered their seventh successive home defeat as they lost at home to promotion contenders Hebburn Town.
The Millers started well but it was the Hornets who opened the scoring with their only chance of the fi rst half when Dan Moore headed home unmarked from a corner.
Hebburn took control in the second half and Carlton goalkeeper Richard Stainsby did well to save a fi erce effort from Jake Hackett. Robbie Spence sealed the win just after the hour when he headed home a Liam Henderson cross at the near post.
