■ GRIMSBY Borough were reduced to ten men as they fell to a home defeat.
The Blues opened the scoring when Tom Cursons took advantage of a defensive error.
In the 32nd minute Jack Debnam drew Grimsby level from the penalty spot after a handball by a Long Eaton defender.
Five minutes after the restart, the Blues regained the lead when Riece Bertram scored from close range. In the 71st minute, the hosts had Tom Sawyer sent off for a challenge inside the penalty area. Luckily for him, Liam Higton saved Jamie Walker’s penalty.
