IT proved to be a game of two halves at the Newton Fallowell Stadium Loughborough Dynamo and Cambridge City played out a draw.
The home side dominated the first half and thought they had taken the lead when Callum Cock’s free kick hit a post.
As the ball bounced out, Ed Cook went to tap the ball home but was fouled and the referee pointed to the penalty spot. Although Cock’s spot kick was well saved, Evan range to equalise.
Garnett was on hand to tap the ball home and score his third goal in three games.
