■ GOALS from Josh Dacre and Jack Boyle ensured the points stayed in West Yorkshire.
In the 11th minute, Boyle out on the right cut in onto his left to get a shot away. His effort was spilled by Liam Higton in the Grimsby goal into the path of Dacre who fired home the rebound.
Borough had a few half chances but in the 68th minute a Boyle penalty sealed the win.
From the left Mo Qasim got round the outside of Grimsby captain Jack Debnam who brought him to the floor. Boyle sent the keeper the wrong way with the resulting spot-kick.
