BELPER’S final game of the season at their Raygar Stadium went like so many others: the hosts started well then lost their way, their lead, and finally the match.
Belper started brightly and took the lead on 21 minutes. Jerome Greaves headed home from a Ben Rhodes cross following a well constructed move. That was as good as it got for the Nailers, and things deteriorated quickly.
Morpeth were looking for the win they needed to keep them in the division and came straight back, equalising on 25 minutes.
