NORTHERN Premier League champions South Shields had manager Kevin Phillips sent off as they edged past high-flying Warrington Town in their final home game of the season.
Shields, who had lost their two previous encounters with The Yellows this season, raced into a twogoal lead thanks to Tom Broadbent and Rob Briggs strikes, before Luke Duffy replied for the visitors.
