SUTTON took on Shep-Dynamo in their shed final home game following their excellent 3-0 away win to the runners-up Halesowen.
Sutton kicked off but suffered a blow when their captain James Beresford had to leave the field in the tenth minute through injury.
A mix-up in defence nearly gave Shepshed the opener but, with keeper beaten, the shot was cleared off the line.
