TRAFFORD squandered several gilt-edged second-half chances to earn just a point and finish in tenth place.
A scrappy first half saw just one chance of note when Linnets’ Matty Birchall scuffed his shot wide from 12 yards.
Trafford striker Max Hazeldine broke clear in the 49th minute, but shot weakly at Danny Taverner.
Trafford were well on top and in the 59th minute Matty Morgan struck the foot of a post with a 25-yard piledriver, Hazeldine heading the rebound wide of the open goal.
