■ A GAME of two halves where defences were on top played out in a draw as results elsewhere ensured both sides were safe from the relegation play-off.
Grantham started the game the brighter of the two with plenty of pressure but little in the way of goalmouth action. That all changed on the half-hour mark as Gregory Smith hit the post when it was easier to score.
He then brought a great save from Dan Montgomery with a stinging drive from the edge of the area as the half wore on.
