GOINGinto this playoff battle, both sides were on unbeaten runs, Dunston winning their last three and Ponte Colls unbeaten in six.
The first half started slowly as both sides were looking to get into the game, Adam Haw almost got on the end of a through ball before it was snaffled by the keeper.
The closest either side came to scoring was when a Jack Boyle free-kick was glanced towards goal, nar-rowly missing the far post. As the half-time whistle approached it was almost the visitors who scored.
