ON-SONG Guiseley made it three wins in a week by beating Stafford Rangers, who remain in the relegation zone.
There was an early opportunity for Stafford, when Rakealan Jeffers put in a cross that had to be cleared.
While there were only a few half chances during the opening half-hour, the Lions were starting to have more of the ball and began to take advantage of that possession.
They took the lead on 38 minutes after a good dummy run made by Kallan Murphy led to Gabriel Johnson having an extra yard of space in the area.
