■ HINCKLEY LRFC secured a hard-fought home win against Cambridge City at Leicester Road Stadium.
The hosts got off to a great start when Joe Lyne scored the opener after 11 minutes when he beat a visiting defender to an Aaron Nuttall cross and fired into the net
In-form Tendai Daire then scored his 15th league goal of the season just four minutes after the break when he was played through on goal, slotting the ball past the keeper.
