AFTER consecutive league defeats this past week, FC United of Manchester returned to winning ways and kept a clean sheet against lowly Gainsborough Trinity.
This was an encounter with few first-half chances, both struggling to create clear openings. keeper Dylan Wharton’s smart stop denied him.
Wharton rescued his teammates early in the second-half too, producing a great save from a Buckley opportunity at point-blank range.
