BOREHAM Wood put six past Welling in Luke Garrard’s first home game back in charge.
The home side dominated from start to finish and had numerous chances to take the lead before Jack Payne broke the deadlock on 12 minutes with a fiercely-struck shot from outside the penalty area.
Wood added a second on 25 minutes when Cameron Coxe was fouled in the penalty area and Erico Sousa made no mistake from the penalty spot.
