Le Fondre rescues point for Rebels

FC UNITED continue to seek their first home win of the season after a hard-fought draw in the bottom-of-the-table clash with Matlock Town.
The away side took the lead on the half hour, capitalising on an error from Red Rebels keeper Charlie Casper -Joshua Smith slotted home - but Adam Le Fondre cancelled that out with a wonder strike on 77 minutes. The home side started strongly with Le Fondre going closest when he flicked wide from a Jay Fitzmartin cross-shot.
