ILKESTON TOWN returned to Derbyshire with all three points after a strong second half display.
The Robins took the lead after 14 minutes when L’Varn Brandy was fouled just outside the penalty area. Jordan Stevens’s free-kick was headed past Dino Visser by Tom Cursons.
Leek drew level 11 minutes later when Diego Edwards beat the Ilkeston defence.
The Robins continued to press but the Leek defence just about held on until the interval.
