NEWCASTLE Town were left frustrated after a narrow defeat to league leaders Vauxhall Motors, and will no doubt feel they deserved at least a point from their efforts.
The decisive moment came in the 36th minute when Toby Jones launched a long throw-in, which found Football League veteran forward Kevin Ellison, who expertly lifted the ball into the top corner to give the Motormen the lead.
