STEPHEN WALKER hit a hat-trick to fire Whitby Town to glory in a seven-goal thriller.
Basford were stunned early on when Walker rose highest from a corner to head the visitors in the lead inside just three minutes.
The Seasiders’ top scorer got on the scoresheet again on 25 minutes when he pounced on a long ball and chipped it brilliantly over Saul Deeney to make it two.
Just before the interval Basford struck twice to bring the game level.
