ADAM Nicholson’s goal on the stroke of half-time handed Stockton Town a huge three points.
Following an even-game, Nicholson’s header proved to be the goal that settled the contest.
The Anchors came into the game following a big win over Scarborough Athletic in the FA Trophy, while FC United drew 2-2 at Workington.
