ADAM Nicholson’s goal on the stroke of half-time handed Stockton Town a huge three points.
Following an even-game, Nicholson’s header proved to be the goal that settled the contest.
The Anchors came into the game following a big win over Scarborough Athletic in the FA Trophy, while FC United drew 2-2 at Workington.
Chances were limited in the first half but they fell to Stockton. Fantastic work on the counter attack saw Mikey Roberts set up Glen Butterworth who saw his backheel comfortably saved by Conor O’Keefe...
