Joy for Jake as Blues take points

WARRINGTON RYLANDS held off a strong Workington challenge to emerge with all three points from a rain-soaked Hive Arena.
An open first half saw play switch from end to end without either side creating any clear cut chances, although both goalkeepers were called into action. Workington’s Alex Mitchell kept out a Jake Daniels shot from the edge of the area while Rylands Luke Pilling did well to save Ceiran Casson’s shot which flew through a crowded penalty area.
