BLYTH Spartans staged a remarkable late rally to salvage a point against Prescot Cables.
Both teams headed into the game chasing their first win in five games. Cables seized the initiative early on – a solo run from Jack Goodwin allowed the winger to enter into the box uncontested before drilling a low effort past Adam Richardson.
