RUSHALL and Warrington could not be separated on the opening day at Dales Lane.
Alex Moore opened the scoring in the first half with a well worked corner routine.
Carter Lycett found Moore at the back post to turn it home.
Rushall were hindered almost instantly in the second half as Jordaan Brown was shown a second yellow card following a scuffle in the penalty area.
Rylands took complete advantage as Jake Burton found space in the area to head the ball into the far corner.
