■ IT was a goalfest for the Doughboys as they continue their fine start to the season.
Sports took the lead after two minutes through Paddy Webb with a poached effort. Taylor Franklin turned his man inside out after 20 minutes before striking low to bring the scores level, but the seesaw continued when Mickleover’s captain Andy Dales headed beyond Dean Snedker.
Will Jones levelled the scores again by netting the first of his brace in the 38th minute – picking up the ball and firing in after Jack McDowell’s half-clearance.
