■ THIS game continued recent form, Bedworth having gained a win and two draws against leading teams while the Mikes had lost their last two.
A scrappy game emerged, Bedworth getting their first goal when Boldmere keeper Jonathan Brown pushed away a free-kick from the edge of the penalty area, only for Max-well Ngbeken-Itota to put away the rebound.
The hosts had a better second half but a break from a Mikes free-kick on the edge of their own area ended with Louis Monaghan latching on to a Samson Hewett through ball, to put the Greenbacks 2-0ahead.
