THE points were shared as Chasetown hit back through the impressive Tom Thorley after the visitors had taken an early lead.
Brad Byrne slotted the ball home to give Trafford an early advantage.
Then home side responded well and were soon level through a moment of quality from Thorley who curled a superb free-kick into the net.
Thorley almost turned provider shortly after, sending a clever free-kick pass through to Jack Langston, but the forward was unable to make the most of the opportunity.
