GUISELEY defeated Gainsborough Trinity aftere a pulsating second-half.
The hosts had the first chance when a cross was headed on by Amir Berchil, with his effort looping over the bar and out of play.
Gainsborough Trinity took the lead with 30 minutes gone, a free-kick wasn’t cleared and eventually fell to Lewis Butroid in the area who stabbed his effort goalwards and it went into the bottom corner.
The rest of the first-half saw a battle in midfield, the second-half was a different story.
