■ MICKLEOVER ran out easy winners to inflict a fifth defeat in six matches on the hosts. Town had started well, with Mickleover keeper Jack McDowell pulling off a neat stop to Rivel Mardenborough’s effort, before also tipping over Will Harris’s goal-bound header.
McDowell’s counterpart Marcus Bald then denied Andy Dales and Will Atkinson in close succession, before Thabang Dube’s double created a clear half-time advantage – the first an impressive shot-on-the-turn followed by an equally good angled finish ...
