GUISELEY showed their prowess from set-pieces to claim a handsome win over struggling Stocksbridge Park Steels.
After an even start, the Lions struck first. Harrison Hopper’s free-kick from the left took a glancing header off former Steel Elliot Owen which steered the ball into the net.
However, Stocksbridge were able to strike back before the end of the first half. The Steels went forward quickly and given some space, Luke Rawson was able to fire a shot off from the edge of the box.
