LOUGHBOROUGH and Coleshill saw their clash called off at half-time for a frozen pitch with the score at 1-1.
It was relegation-threatened Loughborough who started the brighter – Ashden Shortland’s glancing header in the 17th minute forcing a good stop from Town keeper Cameron Belford.
Shortland broke the deadlock seven minutes later, firing home after some pinball in the Coleshill area.
Daniel Brookes levelled in first-half injury time, scoring a tap-in after the Scholars failed to clear a corner.
