Gary makes the Robins pay

A STOPPAGE time penalty from Gary Martin earned a hard-fought three points for Hebburn Town against ten-man Ashton United.
In the 10th minute, Hornets keeper Dan Cameron was called into action when Ashton’s Alex Byrne advanced into the box, but his chipped effort lacked any height as the young shot-stopper gathered the ball. A minute later, Gary Martin crossed the ball into the box and, with Campbell Darcy dummying it, the ball fell to Robert Briggs, but his low drive inside the box was blocked by Louis White.
