MICKLEOVER looked good for the win after just ten minutes of this contest but didn’t press on and suffered a sucker punch midway through the second half as the teams shared the points.
Away keeper Cameron Belford made a superb diving save to tip over a header from Manni Norkett after eight minutes, but just a minute the Mickleover debutant came out on top in a one on one to slot home.
The visitors hardly created anything up front, but Mickleover sat back and invited them in.
